I lead complex technology programs by creating clarity around priorities, aligning stakeholders around decisions and outcomes, and connecting multiple projects and workstreams to the broader objective. My role is to establish direction, maintain visibility across the delivery landscape, and ensure teams have the decisions, resources, and alignment needed to execute effectively.
I bring an integrated view across delivery, helping leaders and teams understand how individual decisions, risks, dependencies, and constraints affect the broader program. I focus on keeping strategy connected to execution so that work remains aligned to the intended outcome, not just to individual project plans.
I also create the structure that allows complex programs to move with discipline—clear governance, visible priorities, defined decision points, and shared accountability across teams. That structure makes it easier to identify where intervention is needed, resolve issues at the right level, and maintain momentum without losing transparency or control.

I am most effective in environments where complexity is high, priorities compete, and delivery requires coordination across business, technical, client, and executive stakeholders. I focus on identifying where decisions are needed, resolving competing priorities and cross-team barriers, and maintaining a clear line of sight from strategy through execution.
My leadership style is collaborative, structured, and outcome-focused. I set clear expectations, create accountability without micromanaging, and rely on the expertise of the leaders and teams closest to the work while maintaining responsibility for the broader program outcome.
I expect issues to be surfaced with enough context to support action. When risks, dependencies, or competing priorities require intervention, I work with the appropriate leaders to evaluate tradeoffs, establish direction, and remove barriers so execution can continue. I balance urgency with governance, transparency, and sound decision-making, particularly when timelines are aggressive or organizational priorities are shifting.
Executive Scope
My experience includes leading large, multi-workstream technology initiatives across federal, healthcare, and financial-services environments, with responsibility spanning program governance, integrated scheduling, stakeholder alignment, infrastructure and cloud delivery, software implementation, cybersecurity process improvement, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
I have led programs valued between $11M and $32M within a $10B federal contract environment, managed teams of 20 direct reports, and coordinated more than 50 cross-functional contributors across complex delivery efforts.
